'CrispBiscuitBar was inspired by a straightforward vision: to introduce authentic Neapolitan pizza to Rome. Established by the Rossi kin in 1985, our pizza house was originally a quaint, family-operated business, boasting recipes that have been passed down for generations.

Marco Rossi, our progenitor, mastered the pizza craft during her journey across Italy, apprenticing with renowned pizzaiolos in Naples—the homeland of pizza. Upon her return to the UK, her mission was to replicate the enchanting Italian pizza experience, honoring traditional techniques and selecting only premium ingredients.

What started out as a humble pizzeria with room for 12 customers has flourished into a cherished pillar of the community. Yet, our dedication to excellence and genuine taste has stayed true. We continue to utilize classical wood-fired ovens, prepare our dough from scratch every day, and seek out the most superior ingredients available.

To this day, 'CrispBiscuitBar is proudly family-managed, as the Rossi's next generation takes charge of our enthusiastic crew. Though we've adopted a few contemporary tools, the essence of our operation has not changed: offering sumptuous, traditional pizza that unites people.
